Whether you're needing support with daily tasks or assistance with adapting to changes in your health, I’m here to help.

  • If you’re eligible for a Home Care Package, I can provide tailored occupational therapy services to ensure you get the most out of your package. I’ll work with you and your care team to develop a plan that enhances your safety, independence, and overall quality of life at home.

  • I can assess your home and suggest modifications to make it safer and easier to navigate. This might include installing ramps, grab rails, or other adjustments that improve accessibility and reduce risks around your home. Every modification is tailored to meet your unique needs and preferences.

  • I can assess and recommend assistive technology that best suits your needs. This could include mobility aids, seating and bedding solutions, or personal alarms that improve your daily activities. My goal is to help you regain or maintain your independence with the right equipment and technology.

  • Absolutely! I can provide strategies to reduce the risk of falls, both inside and outside the home. This could include recommending mobility aids, fall prevention exercises, and home modifications to make your living space safer. I’ll also work with you on building confidence and strength, so you can move around with more ease.

  • If you’ve noticed changes in your mobility, strength, or cognition, I can provide compensatory strategies and rehabilitation therapy.

    Together, we’ll work on exercises, techniques and modifications to help you adapt and maintain your independence, no matter what challenges you’re facing.

  • Sure do! I offer specialised driving assessments to ensure you’re safe behind the wheel. These assessments look at your ability to drive and whether any modifications or additional supports are needed.

    If driving becomes unsafe, I can help you explore alternative transportation options to maintain your freedom.
